I bought a twin tub washing machine from Pride n Pride in Proes street Pretoria 2 years ago and they new that i was getting on the 25th of every month and that was the best time for me to pay my acc, last month they send me an sms saying my acc is in arrears of R 471.00 because my actual monthly inst is R 280.00 p/m since the beginning of the contract and i knew i skipped few payments during the year, what i did last month after getting my salary on the 25th i paid R 471.00 which they requested to pay off my acc.

On the12th Aug 13 they send me another sms to say my acc is in arrears of R 67.72 of which i dont understand where does this amount comes from, is this how the rip unsuspecting customers or what?
