Dead fly in my soup

I love shopping at Woolworths because the quality is well worth the price. But much to my amazement, surprise and disgust, when I opened a can of Slimmers Choice Chunky Beef and Lentil Soup, there was a dead fly floating in the can of soup! I am not one to complain normally but due to the price that we pay for your products, one would expect always a high quality product, don't you think?
