Incredible Connection
Incredible Corruption!

In searching for a new notebook I did my homework well and chose the best system for my needs. DionWired was R500 cheaper than Incredible Corruption, but as they did not provide the data transfer service (that I was offered with NO mention of cost as it was a SERVICE) I went ahead with the more expensive option from Incredible. I was called by the technician to ask as to what I wanted transferred and that the service would cost R720.00. I expressed my disappointment to the supervisor who was quiet happy to lose a R6000 sale over a R720 dispute. On refund I was also told that it would take TWO WEEKS for me to get my money back.
Not only am I now without a computer, but I'm also out of pocket! Thanks Incredible Corruption... you will NEVER see me again!
