1 Year and STILL NOT RESOLVED!

Judging by the number of similar issues I doubt I will find a resolution but here goes,

It will be a year in February that I opened the first service request to have someone attend to my kc9650bl stove. After several visits from technicians, several days I have had to leave work and countless empty promises to follow up and return calls I am now at a complete loss as to what to do to have this resolved.

I now find out that after the last technician (Mike) visited, my open job card 50041362 was closed with no explanation as to why and without the persistent every problem being properly resolved. It feels like it has been passed around and swept under the carpet in the hopes that I would give up, especially as I'm not technically now out of warranty on an issue that should have been resolved under warranty.

I ask you this Kelvinator, how can you close a job without fixing the problem??
