Disgusted client of woolworths

I have an account with them, called the call centre in july asking 4a settlement figure as I wanted 2pay the whole amount off... Days after, I get calls and sms's saying I'm in arrears.. I went to musgrave, westwood and pavillion with my proof of payment which the staff faxed to head office... Today is 8th August and I get a call 2say they are handing me over! Wat service!!! I paid you guys the entire amount!!! I have bank statements and interbank proof of payments showing the amounts I paid!!! I've tried calling them again today saying I have paid in full!!! If my name gets listed or you hand me over, trust me, I'll sue ur entire retail outlets!!! Check ur account and finance departments!!! I have my proof!!! If nobody assists with this, its bad mouthing of this filthy company and you WILL be disgraced! Pathetic customer service! Look at all the complaints! I don't blame others for shaming you, you deserve it!!!
