With regards to my post dated 10 Sept. i just received a call from the Ballito Manager, @home will not be able to repair my kettle or replace it or help me in any way to replace the Breville Ikon kettle that is just over a year old and cost almost a R1000!!! Thanks for nothing @home!!! i will report this to Breville and to @home head office.
