PLEASE TRAIN THIS GIRL!!!

I had the displeasure of buying my 1.5 litre water which I buy everyday at pick n pay in Hatfield. i got to a terminal where Ellen was working, she had 1 client already paying so I waited for my turn for service. she looked up at me and said " Lady I am closing go to the next terminal! " which had 3 people on queue... thereafter she pulled the notice sign for till is closed. Ellen is new at the store as hers was an unfamiliar face.
please train her.
