SHORT DELIVERED A THIRD OF MY PARCEL WORTH R1200

I have been a regular online purchaser from Mr Price since December last year. I have spent a fortune with this group and until now have had no problems. I had 2 parcels delivered recently, 17/7 and 2/8. Combined value worth R10000. I unpacked the first parcel and checked everything thoroughly over a few days. Didn't do it straight away as it was a large delivery and I get home rather late every night. The first parcel was short of 20 ITEMS TO THE VALUE OF OVER R1200!! I rechecked everything again and the items were definitely not packed!! The second parcel from 1/8 was also missing one item!! E-mail sent to customer services on Sunday 4/8 was ignored on Monday 5/8. When Nicole from Customer Services eventually phoned me on Tuesday she implied I was in the wrong, wouldn't let me talk and kept interrupting me!! I asked for the Manager and was put through to Tony Krugel! He said he would investigate and come back to me. His "investigation" comprised an e-mail with a pasted copy of their terms and conditions!! I AM APPALLED. AFTER SUPPORTING THIS GROUP THE WAY I HAVE AND RECOMMENDING THEM TO FRIENDS I AM TREATED LIKE A BY THEIR SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM! DAYLIGHT!
