Poor service help, Lack of spare

I bought a house and have a older generation Pro Alpha gate motor the door traveler is a bit worse for wear, I went to Brano Industries that supplies the product to buy a replacement.

We were greeted by the most friendliest person mother earth has seen but was told there are no such parts available and they don't know where I will get them.

They have no regard for you as a client and simply don't want business. My advise will be to stay clear from obviously a market related entry level product. Stay Away
