Bad Attitude

Last week I entered the store in Kenilworth Center and went to look at the back in the lingerie and pj section. The shop was in abit of a mess as they were moving things and packing and unpacking. The music at the back was so loud, you couldn't even hear yourself think and a few customers commented on this. I told the young lady that was working in that section that it was very loud, thinking that she would ask to have it turned down. Instead she looked at me like I was mad and totally ignored me. I approached the front of the store and the lady turned it down. I then resumed my shopping in the pj section. The hook on the shelf that was holding the cloths on hangers fell down and the cloths landed on the floor, the sales lady gave me a filthy look as I picked up all the clothes and hung it back up. After making my selection I turned my pram around and tried to make my way back the way I came. I was battling to get through and there was an obstruction in my way which I had to move myself, whilst your saleslady was watching me and not offering to help, by now I was irritated. After speaking to her, she told me I was screaming, a blatent lie, and was different (because I'm white?)
