Shrinking clothes and no care attitude from staff

I bought two tops last Wednesday the 31st of July. I wore the one and washed it in a cold wash and it come out smaller than what it was. I then took it back on Saturday the 3rd of August, explained my story and was looked at as if I was stupid. The teller was slow, it didnt look like she knew what was happening or what to do in the exchange/return book. We asked her if there was a manager there and if she could please speed it up. She ignored that and didnt asked if I wanted to exchange it or wanted the miney back. She just said that I must write my name and cell number and then gave me the money. That was the end of her "service". The same happened to the second top. I took it back on Tuesday the 6th of August, had to wait for the lady to stand up and come to the till, she did not say a word. I told her the story about the shrinking. She just said name and number, got the money, handed it to me and moved away from the till. This is shocking service! There was no hello, how are you, thank you for shopping, sorry for the inconvenience, would you like something else or the money... nothing!! I will think twice about going to pick n pay clothing. Shocking quality of clothing!!!
