Direct From Dreamland
Twice Not Ordered at Factory and Now Discontinued

I ordered a few items from Direct from Dreamland on 5 April 2013.By June I had to phone them to find out where my order was. I went to collect it and the curtain tie backs I had ordered and fully paid for were not ordered by them at the factory. They said they would reorder. Today, 6 August, I called them 3 times, each time being promised to get back to me with an answer. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager, only to be told they were no longer producing that range. So my baby room is now half done with the range of my choice. They would not confirm if they had forgotten to once again order them from the factory. I said I would collect my money to only be told that they do not keep cash and would send me an sms with the email to be used for me to send them my banking details and that they would refund me via EFT. After 3 hours and no SMS, I had to write via the email I found on the Internet. Lets see how long now before they refund me my money! Very very poor service!
