On the 31st of July an email was send to [Email Removed] with the following: Good day,

When we try to use my wife's points it says her ID does not match the card. And when we check online the ID is correct. We have used the card before. Please fix whatever needs to be fixed. Card number:(not posting the number on a public website but it is in the email)

No response so on the 4th of August another email was send to the same email address with the following: This is now the second email regarding our card not working. We have now also noticed that no points are allocated to the card.

STILL no response so we come to to see if there will be a response NOW.
