Bad service and damaged goods

I bought a plasma stand on June 26, and it was only delivered on July 25 after I had insisted that if its not delivered I am cancelling the sale which they did deliver, upon delivery their people never even bothered to unwrap the stand and check if all is in order! After I had unwrapped it I found that the drawer had 2 small chips and I called the following day the to report it and they promised! I again made a follow up on their promise and up to this day 05/08 nothing has been done and one has cntacted me.
