Siemens - WELL DONE!

I bought a fancy siemens upright freezer 4 years ago. It had a 3 year warranty... then it died. Called siemens and they sent out someone the same day. The guy told me the compressor had died qand on this fancy model was about R4k. I told him I could get a new freezer for lees!

Anyway, they took the freezer and returned it the next day. NO CHARGE!

How about that. Pretty impressive! I'm truly happy with the after sales service I got from siemens.
