Promotion goods out of stock

I find it quite unacceptable that every time that I want to go to Game in Potchefstroom to purchase the promotional goods, they are out of stock on the Friday already or they never received stock. Two weeks running now I want to purchase an external harddrive and every time the promotional harddrive in the weekly leaflet is out of stock. Why don't they receive stock? or are they hiding the stock for when the promotion runs out?
