Pick 'n Pay
Same old story for years!!

Went to Pick & Pay this morning, just to wait in que for 25min!! I only bought 2 sausage rolls!! There were 12 cashier posts, but only one was operated, and one at the cigaret kiosk. In the que there were 14 people, all with baskets and trollies. Sinoville is an old area of Pretoria, with many senior citizens. Letting Old people wait this long, are cruel, and NOT human!! The problem is not just recently, I called customer service on 4 occasions, but nothing gets done!! always empty promises!! Is it time to change to Checkers for good?? They don't have this problem!! Pick & Pay Sinoville are not a fransice store, and due to that fact, they have a no care attitude!! Why are P&P Family store in Montana operating perfectly, friendly and open till 8pm??
