Misleading and illegal activity

It seems Spar is one retailer that does not care what it's customers think or say about their unprofessionalism. Why would they want to ignore their customers complaints, especially about their advertising not meeting their clients expectations and they do it with impunity. Simply because customers get over their dissapointments and stop of again to buy what they need and lifE merrily rolls on for Spar. I have complained over and over again and they simply do not care. I complained last week to Spar and Unilever and have not received the courtesy of a call. To the extent that a Spar employee refers to Spar and Unilever as "useless". Checkers and PicknPay will gladly give you a similar product if an advertised item is not available or even a raincheck. With Spar this approach is just but a dream. Well I have news for them. I have checked the legality of their actions and it seems that they are behaving illegally by taking your money, not Delivering on what they sold And not offering a refund. Within the next 30 days and if I receive the moral support of at least 10 people I will start civil action against them simply to make a point and get them to acknowledge their behavior.watch this space
