Bad service

I didn't get the name but I was treated very bad because I requested a special that they advertised, first I was told it is for niknaks while I am holding niknaks and second of all I didn't understand his language and he said he did say, he refused to give me the packet of chips and I walked to the supervisor who then told him to give me still the same attitude he called his supervisor reversed the chips and gave me my money back telling me to go to another till.and the supervisor allowed it.
