Leaking Milk caps

We buy the fat free 2 litre bottle of milk and frequently find that the cap leaks, when the container is on its side, leaking either in the car or fridge, which causes a lot of irritation.

I must admit I am shocked that a company such as WW does not appear to respond to customer complaints - so much for a good customer journey!!
