Insurance Claim that is not resolved yet

Good day

I have lost my watch due to the strap that broke, i have put in an insurance claim almost two months ago and i still have not heard anything back from the claim!
I have Phoned the Gardens branch and they say that they can do anything.

I would like to know what is going on with my claim and when will it be sorted out!

Please let me know ASAP!
