Shocking Service

I reside in Muizenberg. Against my better judgment I am forced to shop at times at the Capricorn PNP.
There has not been a single time when there is not something wrong. From hard rolls in the bakery, to queues backing into the isles and a few cashiers on. The managements attitude is poor when you approach them and they blame. You can wait ages at the bakery for rolls and when they serve you, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. There cheddar cheese crumble's when you cut it at home, because its clearly been frozen (as I have experience in this), there cold meats go off within 1 day of buying it. This store is a utter disgrace compared to the wonderful store in Lakeside. IT is because its there only for the masses from the local location next door, or just because the don't care about the shopper that can spend a lot more...
I don't like to complain however, the amount of time I have bought things from there and it goes of the next day, I have just had enough. the shop is dirty, the entrance is disgusting, the cleaner are lazy.. very very poor.
What is going to be done about this store as this is destroying Pnp's good brand...
