Pleasant experience

I was purchasing a small item and was asked the regular questions as to whether I had a loyalty card or not, whether I wished to acquire one and so on. The lady was eloquent and vibrant in her communication, something which does not come around very often in the retail industry. This made for an extremely pleasant experience.
