I bought a pair of Carducci shoes in July last year at the above mentioned store and have worn them but its not a pair that I use frequently recently the lining on the inside of the shoes started ripping apart so I visted the branch to request assistance to return it to the store even though I had no proof of payment being one of their frequent customers and knowing that it will show on their system. I was assisted by Lenore who refused to accept them without. I then called their head office and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Gregory who confirmed that they should have taken the shoes and sent it to head office, he gave me an alternative to go and drop them off at House of Monatics in Durban smith street only to find that they also would not accept them without documentation. I am very dissapointed with the treatment I have received at such a respectable organisation never mind the quality of the item that was sold to me which is a top brand and would like to get assistance without taking time off work to be sent from pillar to post.
