Out of cigarettes again

I do my grocery shopping at pick n pay every week. Every week I have to buy ciagrettes for my husband and most of the times the pick n pay in Mountain mill mall does not have any Kent white cigarettes. Today they asked me to wait, because they were going to get some that was delivered. After 10minutes of waiting they told me they do not have any stock, because no one ordered the Kent white cigarettes. I can not understand why they do not order any if they see that there is a ahortage every week...
