ACCOUNT STILL OPEN

I recently requested my credit report and I was surprised to see that my account still reflects as open 7 months after I have closed it. would you please update my details. I really do not appreciate it. and why am I even getting OTA texts when I called them first to have my vodacom subscription cancelled? please sort this out as soon as possible.
