No Refund after non delivery of purchase

I bought a bedroom suite at Beares Jabulani on the 4th August 2013 for R5700 cash. The product was not delivered for over 3 weeks even with constant follow ups with the store. The salesman was Thulani and he kept on promising to deliver. About a week ago I went back to the store to request a refund but was advised that this cannot be done due to Management approval. I went back 3 times with no luck of getting my refund. On Saturday, an arrangement was made with the Cashier to deposit the money into my account on Monday the 2nd September 2013 which to date is still not done.
