Order o40491824 - complained to shop@ww twice - no response
I was most dissatisfied with my recent WW order (over R1 000). It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 5 JAN but they phoned me to say there was no-one to receive the order (there was) - I only received the message later but phoned the call centre and the woman I spoke to assured me it would be delivered Sunday between 1000 and 1300 and that the goods would be freshly selected. We needed to go out on Sunday but waited till 1400 and no-one arrived. On Monday the goods eventually arrived around 1300. When the delivery man saw what the mangoes looked like (vrot) he said he would bring me more but this never happened. Afterwards I looked at the nectarines and they had been reduced to juice at the bottom of the container. Eventually I threw them away too becauseof their smell (I had been going to return them when he brought the fresh mangoes). The two packets of ostrich mince had become glued together. I am not sure where these goods were over the weekend but they were certainly not selected fresh on Monday! I I spend about R4-5000 a month at WW and this is shocking quality and service.
