Appauling Service by Staff and Management

I went to the store to buy bio oil as i normally buy it from them, i get to the guy at the tills and ask for it as they only keep empty boxes at the shelves and bio oil itself behind the counter or at the back, so this guy responded in a very like "What the are you talking about" kind of way and said what? no we don't sell that thing, i said to him sorry you do i always buy it from here there's a box at the shelves and you keep it behind here somewhere, he argued with me until the lady next to him said no man we do have it go get it at the back, then she turned to us and said but you must not behave like monkeys you should understand, you are Black after all, the White people at the store are now laughing at us. I just wanted to hit the roof after this I was so furious so I argued with them, this guy came from the back with Bio oil and held it in his hand instead of processing the transaction and shouted at me saying I should'nt raise my voice at him I'm not his mother, I'm nothing to him, I don't pay his salary, they both went on and on and saying just because we are educated we think we are better than them, we are nothing. They went on and on swearing at us
