False advertising and rude manage

There was a sale in the store and a dress I wanted to buy was marked down to R30, as was written on the tag. According to the incredibly rude manager, this was a mistake. THE STORES MISTAKE. She refused to sell the dress to me at the price that they had falsely advertised it as. She, highly fuelled with attitude, then said I would have to speak to their head office to which I got NO assistance as they just referred me to a regional manager who was not available. I left the store after having stood at the counter for over HALF AN HOUR with NO dress and NO willingness to ever shop at YDE again.
I am a regular customer at YDE and was completely appalled by the service I received from this branch's manager on a mistake that was made under her watch.
