Terrible service and try to charge double

We went to the Pick 'N Pay Hyper Atterbury in Pretoria East today.

It was totally unacceptable that the seafood counter was not staffed and after waiting for ages, we eventually had to go and ask someone to help us, because they had like 10 people busy cleaning fridges instead of having at least ONE of them helping customers.

My wife eventually had to ask one of the people cleaning the fridges to get someone to assist us. We asked him to clean the fish for us, and he said it would cost us DOUBLE.

What kind of rip off service is this? We have NEVER paid a single cent for fish to be cleaned ANYWHERE in our entire lives. It is part of the service.

If the person who assisted us is not fired, and Pick n Pay do not change your attitude, we will boycott all of your stores and take this matter to the media because it is totally and utterly UNACCEPTABLE and WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

This is the WORST "service" I have ever received in my entire life, and Pick n Pay should no longer be allowed to be in business if this is the way they want to do business.

You have 24 hours to resolve this issue or it WILL be escalated and you will regret it.
