False advertising

Searched their site on Monday 8 July for a light saber for my soon to be 5 year old sons birthday. According to the website, the light saber I was looking for could make authentic sounds and light up. Upon viewing the product at the store, I found this to be false. The toy couldn't make a sound or even light up!!! On Tuesday 9 July I sent an email via your website and your Facebook page about false advertising on your website. You could ensure that by 8pm that night your website was rectified but didn't have the audacity to respond to my mail! For a company that provides the tools for children (and adults) imagination and joys, your customer service is appalling! I will never support your company again and will be sure to spread the word for your total lack of customer satisfaction! As stated in my mails... This will be the first time, as a father that I will have to break a promise that i have made to my four year old son!
