I had an account with Jet almost 10 years ago and it was under my sequestration at the time. I have sent the letter more than once and about 2 weeks ago to daily admin. Now I get an sms I am handed over to VVM ATT and I have been listed on ITC - As I get notified as soon as I get added. I cannot understand how do you still after 10 years call clients. I will have to consult the NCR, Consumer and Ombudsman if this matter is not resolved an my name removed from ITC.
