I'm shocked at Edgars' staff indifference. After filling in many forms and sending many long emails that are blatantly ignored, my details finally were correct in May. Even copying my details from an email was somehow rocket science! I finally got a debit order arranged for the 26th. Yet again your staff can't seem to understand what their thumbs are for let alone get a simple date right. Debit order came off on the 6th! I immediately cancelled it.

Long story short I've had different people from 0114911000 call me every day. I explained that I'll be paying as soon as I can. Each person has ignored what I had to say and forcefully manipulated a date from thin air. I then get an SMS reminding me of a "promise" to pay on a certain date. I've even sometimes been called outside of business hours! Monday I paid in my last R1000 for the month so there is at least some sort of payment. Today at 8am I get a call again and I now get an SMS in all caps threatening further action.

I can't stress enough how I want Edgars out of my life and that I am willing to pay. I'm just not able right now. I do freelance work and the income is erratic. All I ask is to leave me alone and you will be paid!
