Cannot close account

I don't want to do business with [URL Removed] anymore. I asked them to close my account, upon which I was informed that they cannot close my account. What's up with that? I thought we were out of the dark ages by now, but seems we got stranded in the Kalahari somewhere. Also I have asked them to stop sending me email, and I unsubscribed on the website, YET! I still receive emails on a regular basis. Really [URL Removed]
