CBS Print Consumables - Need to learn a lesson

I have over the past few month put up with CBS Print Consumables, but the fact that they keep issuing and resending toners is sickening, i made payment arrangements and Dave (David) calls me and starts screaming at me over the phone calling me all the names under the sun and then decided to get personal in which my response was laughing... There has got to be a way to stop these people as i am sitting with 5 toners which i am unable to use as the machine it was in is brocken... I refuse to be treated the was they treat people and the fact that they speak to a person so barbarically is sickening... I have considered going to the police to get some form of protection or something... If someone could please advise on what to do as i am my witts end with the people - DAVE, CHRIS and MARTIN
