INCOMPETENCE OR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE -???

I purchased a pair of pants on Saturday morning 06/07/2013 from Woolworths in the Mall@Reds. On trying the pants on, they fitted me fine. I decided to wear the pants today 08/07/2013 but found that they are too big for me and keep on slipping down. I have just called Woolworths in the Mall@Reds to try and find out if the store have an in-house dressmaker who can make the pants smaller for me and have been sent from pillar to post. There appears to be a total lack of understanding as to what a dressmaker is or does, a huge language barrier, lack of interest in customer service or just total incompetence - I'm not sure which one but after being transferred more than 4 times, I eventually put the phone down without an answer to why I called in the first place.
