Useless Website

I cannot believe that Woolworths can change over to a new Online portal that Doesn't work!
I have not been able to access my Woolworths Black Credit card statement for over a week, and when I called customer care, I got told to use my cell phone, which only gives me the last 10 transactions!
This is totally unacceptable and I am furious!
