Builders Express
Incorrigible, diabolical

Over the last few months I've repeatedly given Builder's Express another chance, & repeatedly they retain their diabolical attitude.

I waited 15mins at the paint counter for assistance. Pushed the button, heard the alert, repeatedly, saw a staff member rush in, look at me, & rush out again, & other staff ignore me.

I had to elaborate on the legal consequences of inferior quality goods when returning faulty electrical items & remain tenacious until they relented.

Today, I went to the garden section, not a soul there to assist. Barely 15secs after one "save when you buy this unwanted item" finishes they bellow yet another one out! Only when they call one of their staff to a department is the delay slightly longer.

I approached the customer "service" desk. Between the woman there acknowledging my presence & me trying to greet her, another male staff member physically pushed me out of the way & demanded a key! The woman ignored me, ferreted for the key & gave it to him!

I asked for the bellowing announcements to be reduced to one per minute. She laughed at me!

This is the most catastrophic service failure I've ever seen in retail!

Arrogant!
Diabolical!
Incorrigible!
Offensive!
