Pep is causing a disturbance

The Pep store in Modimolle is driving us insane, they play music outside the store so loudly that we can not even hear anything inside our own store and we are across down the road from them not even next to them. I get why they are doing it and it does attract clients to their store but at the cost of the shops around them. I have spoken to the very rude manager at the shop that just tell me to go away they can do want every they want.

I have always been a client of pep store but to be treated like this? We give classes in our shop every Friday and Saturday but our clients are complaining they can't stand the music. All the shops and banks around us feel the same they can not stand it anymore. It was always just on Saturdays but now its sometimes 3 times a week. The flat owners above our shops say it's so loud that it is making the metal walkway to the flats rattle.

I just phoned again and asked to speak to the manager the lady that answered cursed at me and told me to go to, how is that for client service. How can it be that a shop has the right to do this and nobody feels they can do anything about it?
