Incredible Connection
Won't cancel account

After multiple requests, incredible connection will still not cancel my connect card! Why won't you do it? I have been emailing and asking for months but to no avail, they keep sending me statements and the connect magazine and I've asked it to stop and to be given a settlement but they just ignore me.
