Incredible Connection
Account not closed

I have requested that my incredible connection account gets close.
A complaint was submitted by myself on the 14th of May regarding this issue
but again I've received a statement with the Incredibel Connection magazine for this month.

Please confirm what is going on... my current balance again is R9.72 according to this statement after it was requested to be closed
