I would like to thank Rustim, manager at PnP Lakeside for his unyielding assistance generally, but in particular after i had lost my coupon for electricity I had bought from that store. He spent an unfair amount of time calling, holding and trying to sort out the issue with the electricity dept. He is a brand ambassador through his passion to please his customers. This reflects on his staff all of whom are a pleasure to deal with.
