Bad Service and disrespectful staff

I bought a product from your call centre and when contacted for the delivery address, I was appauled at the level of disrespect that your contact centre agents speak to customers as if they doing us favours not knowing that they only have their jobs because of us. I spoke to a lady who could not spell and when assiting her in spelling the street name I was then told I do not have to give her spelling lessons.

I have now decided that I want to cancel everything and have my money refunded as I refuse to deal with a company that offers such bad service. I also want the manager of the customer service to call me back
