Always Awesome Service

Had to deal with Dell a few times in the past and most recently regarding n broken charger and as always the service received is amazing!!

One the phone for 10min diagnosing the problem and they send out a new charger which was here the next day. Friend of mine had laptop that wouldn't start, 09:00 the next morning the technician was there with a new motherboard and she was up and running by teatime.

I will never buy another brand of laptop ever again not because I particularly love my laptop but because of the fantastic service.
