Defective base set taking forever to be replaced

I bought a bed on account at house and home in June 2012. The bed came with a one year guarentee. I discovered after 4 months that the lining of the bed was coming out and all the legs came off as well. It was only one person sleeping on that bed so clearly it was just defective from the beggining. I phoned house and home in November/December and i was told the warehouse had closed i had to wait till 2013 . I have been waiting from January now its July. I call them every month and all they say is we will get back to you. If i dont call them then thats it noone bothers to call me back. I have been patient but it has gone too far and i am getting tired of having to call them all the time. I pay my account every month and have never missed any payment. I just wish i could get my bed replaced so i can close this chapter.
