We purchased 11 Samsung Plasma units from the supplier, we collected what would be locally distributed to my Corporate (prizes for an incentive). We briefed Gerhard to deliver 3 TVs -Samsung to Courier. I furnished Gerhard Brand with 2 addresses on Fri 21/06. No confirmation of receipt. 3rd address provided Tues 25/06. No confirmation again. Advised that we must delivery before Fri 28th latest, and was assured its possible, and will be done. Communication was done by myself, with rare call-backs, not within the agreed time for feedback, and furthermore had to resend all 3 deliver addresses a second time. Then having to again call and confirm receipt - making sure Samsung have everything they need. Fri 28, 15:30 received IRATE call - We had mailed & confirmed in writing to the winners & my client that it would definitely been done. (prior commitments having failed again) NONE OF THE 3 UNITS WERE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY - subsequent arrangements for Saturday 29th TOO DID NOT HAPPEN! After numerous calls almost begging, and was guaranteed delivery on Sat 29/06. We have extensively worked with Samsung. Our reliable Company in DISREPUTE on a LARGE Corporate account!!
