I have been dealing with Ackermans since the 18 June regarding an order request. I was given incorrect information was given empty promises and insulted by a consultant. In a telephone recording left on my voicemail, consultant walied says "... this customer is jas..." Dustin (team manager) responds with the following '"... we apologize that you had to listen to our internal discussions. I will ensure that correct measures are put in place so that this does not occur in future...". I do not think Dustin understands the seriousness of this complaint with his "so called" apology. This has been by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I would therefore like to cancel this order as I refuse to support a retailer that does not appreciate their loyal customers.
