Phoning at 06h00 in the morning

I have been phoned every morning for the past couple of weeks at 06h00 by the people that is collecting debt for said company. Unbelievable as this is against the law! The Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998, which states that telephone calls may be made for the purpose of collection on outstanding debt, from 08h00 to 21h00 in the evening, from a Monday to a Saturday. What the has Markham got to say about that?
