Huggies Gold 5 - Ink coming off on toddlers skin

I have been using Huggies since my baby was born 2 years ago and never had any problems with the nappies. When he was born Checkers Hyper had a special on Huggies Gold and I bought 6 packs, 2 x Huggies Gold 3, 2 x Huggies Gold 4 and 2 x Huggies Gold 5. We are now changing to number 5 and I remembered that I bought number 5 nappies, but its turning his tights blue and it's difficult to get the ink from his skin. Please could you assist.
